Remember the slipcovered chair with the "distressed" finish? We recently replaced it with this one.


I fell in love with the curved caning on the sides. And how it can sit two smallish people comfortably.


Or two smallish anything.

  5. What a beautiful chair....and the two smallish "people!" I am wondering: is this a chair that came this way, or did you refinish and/or reupholster it? You don't see many new pieces this pretty, anymore, since mainstream tastes seem to lean towards modern, these days. Thanks for sharing! xx P&H

  7. That is the most beautiful chair! It looks dreamy. Have to say, your 'smallish things' have quite the personality! I have a short-hair dachshund. I see similar expressions in yours. They're a funny breed.
